When making the appointment for the oil change I mentioned several other concerns which apparently were forgotten about. When I was called to tell me my car was ready, whomever I talked to didn't have a clue I had other concerns hence none of my other concerns were looked into.
Steve and Janet,We apologize for the confusion on our part, we strive to get everything down as accurately as we possibly can and in this case we didn't get all the information at the time that we wrote the ticket. We always intend to double check everything at the time of vehicle check in which we didn't see any information on the drop off envelope other than an oil change. We will work on taking better notes when we are taking the appointment. Again our apologies, but thank you for bringing this to our attention, we will work on making this better.
