Very informative and thorough. They found issues I didn't know I had as well as recommending routine maintenance. The main reason we went was an idler pulley completely snapped off. They were honest about the potential issues (not being able to get the bolt out of the engine block) and still managed to fix it. They got my car back on the road and it drives better than ever. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a mechanic and will be taking my daughters car there for a few issues. I am definitely a happy customer!
