GarySorry but I had a couple of bad experiences with your service manager, not Lou. First, I called because I could not locate the hood release on the Honda so that I could jump my pickup, he said it was on the kick panel and I still could not find the release, finally he put Doug on the phone and he gave me detail instructions. You manager said come in and I will show you where the release is at, apparently he did not know it is a 20 mile round trip. When I told him I left my rewards card at home, he said did I want to go home and get it, because he cold not give me the reward with out it. He finally said he would issue a new card. Overall I don't think he is as friendly as he should be in his position. Gary, please understand that this will not affect my use of Amtech as I have in the past, also I would prefer that nothing is said to you manager.
