So far I have had very positive experiences here. What's important is I believe they run a very honest business. They always communicate well with me while my vehicle is in the shop and promptly notify me when complete. Always pleasant staff. Also, if they are unable to fix they issue they will let you know and make recommendations.

Car wouldn't turn over. Suspected dead battery, but was afraid it could be the alternator or worse. Turns out it was basically a loose battery wire and some minor corrosion. While there, I had them go ahead and give the car a good look-over (just hit 150k miles). They identified a few problems and let me know before proceeding with the fix.All in all, very satisfied. Never felt pressured into doing unnecessary repairs, felt the price was very fair, will definitely be going back in the future (though hopefully not too soon, lol).

Lou is very friendly on the phone and in person. As you describe the car problems he is willing to listen and make the appointment to check out our car. They call you back within reasonable time in the morning to tell you what they found. Service is friendly and helpful. Thank you.
