Setting an appointment was very easy; it was my first time doing so with this particular AACC location. The people I interacted with were nice and efficient. The information I received via email after the appointment indicated a comprehensive review of my vehicle was done, but there wasn't any detailed feedback (i.e. brake pad thickness/wear, battery strength) provided. I also wish that time had been taken to clean off the under-carriage to remove oil that dripped onto it when the oil filter was changed. Since this didn't happen I had to spend time putting down cat litter on the oil spot on my garage floor to remove the oil that dripped upon it.
Ron,We sincerely apologize about the mess on the garage floor, we typically try to always remove the skid plate from under the vehicle to make sure that these things do not happen but from time to time we do miss these things and for this we do apologize. We are always willing to clean it up if you are still having an issue please feel free to stop by and we will certainly steam clean the underside of the vehicle for you. As far as the inspection is concerned, we have recently started using a digital vehicle inspection form and we are still trying to tweak the form to fulfill the information that our customers want and your feedback with this will definitely help us to get this form set up the way that all of our would like to see it.
