A couple things: 1. It would help if you reminded your customers to bring their Amtech Auto membership cards with them since you need those cards at the time of our checkout. 2. I paid over $400 to replace front rotors and pads on 2015 Honda Odyssey. I noticed on the bill you put on ceramic pads. Its my understanding that ceramic pads are the best/high-end type of pads that cost the most. It would help if you offered your clients the option of putting on a less expensive set of pads and just explain the difference in quality between the two. Had I been offered a less expensive option for the pads I might have been able to afford having Amtech replace the pads & rotors on the back as well as the front. But with the expense for the front only we could only afford to do the front. Dan, We appreciate your feedback, we always strive to meet or exceed everyone's expectations and will continue to use feedback to better ourselves. As far as the options on your 2015 Honda Odyssey the Original Equipment brake pad is a Ceramic brake pad and no other options, such as semi metallic, are available through our suppliers. We always prefer to use the original equipment brake parts as we have less issues such as noise, vibration or dusting when we use what came on the vehicle originally. The vehicle manufacturers have set types of brake pads for all different reasons such as grip, heat, noise and dusting as all brake pads do perform differently. We do try to give options where we can but in many cases we have found certain products just work better and we do tend to recommend use of that particular product so we have less issues and our customer spend less time dealing with bringing a vehicle back for issues with an inferior product. As for the Amtech Rewards Card, we know in some cases they are forgotten and in those cases we simply ask that you bring the cards in on your next visit and we will combine them so you will still get your rewards but my have multiple different cards. We will work on a way to remind our customers to bring them in whenever possible.
