Two special situations: (1) When getting a transmission replaced, the technician climbed a ladder to get my bowling ball out of the trunk; and (2) When I was unable to pick-up my vehicle, they dropped it off at my house. Excellent Service, provided cost before fixing, completed work ahead of schedule and test drove it ready for my pickup. Having the use of a vehicle while mine was in repair is a big plus for convenience. I would recommend them to anyone.
